FAQs about placing an order

Answers about how to use the Shopping Cart

1. Choose the size license you need and click the "Add to Cart" button.
   
   This will take you to the shopping cart page.
     
2. If you want multiple copies, in the shopping cart page, change the quantity.
   
     
3. To accept this change in quantity, scroll down the page to the "recalculate" button and click that.
   
4. To delete an item, change the quantity to zero and click the "recalculate" button.
5. To look around for more resources before finishing and paying for the order, click the "continue shopping" button. You can come back to this order-totalling page and finish placing your order at any time by clicking on our little robot, which you'll find throughout our site.
                                                    
6. To finish processing the order, in the shopping cart page, click the button "go to payments".

Answers about paying by credit card

• PayPal is our Merchant Account for processing all major credit cards.
• You do not need to have a PayPal account to place an order.
    
• How to use PayPal without having a PayPal account:
  1. Use our shopping cart to process your order.
  2. When you reach the PayPal page, you'll find this:
                Don't have a PayPal account?
                Use your credit card or bank account (where available). Continue
  3. Click the link "continue".
      
• How to use PayPal from outside the U.S.:
  1. Click here to see if PayPal is available in your country. (Mostly likely, it is.)
  2. Use our shopping cart to process your order.
  3. When you reach the PayPal page, click the "Continue" link as in the above directions.
  2. Next you will see:
                Pay with Credit Card or Log In
      The first line, where it asks for country, contains a drop-down menu. Your country should be in that list.
  3. Select it and you'll be able to proceed and complete the order.
    
• Placing a credit card order by phone
  1. Use our Contact Us page to find our phone number or post a message.
  2. Give us your phone number, and we will call you back.
  3. Be ready with the exact names of the resources you want to order, and what size license you need.
  4. After taking your order, we will email you a PayPal invoice. It will contain a link for processing your credit card.
      Note: We do not collect your credit card information. It is only to PayPal that you give that private information!
  5. You do not need to have a PayPal account to pay this invoice. See the PayPal information above.

Answers about how to place the order without PayPal

1. To send a check (cheque) bank draft, or money order, use the Alternative Payment page.
2. Fill out and submit the Pre-order Form.
3. Submitting this form will take you to a page that has further instructions.
4. Here, you'll find an order form to download and print for placing your order.
5. Send this by postal mail with the funds.
