What helped you most in the discoveries you made for this week’s topic?
If you have a personal experience of getting help from a Saint or the soul of a deceased friend or relative, please share your story.
Why is it possible to look forward to life after death, including the time spent in purgatory?

Read the “Last Will and Testament” of Pope John Paul II. Using this as an example, write your own Testament — a spiritual will and testament covering the legacy that you would like to leave behind after your death, which could be read at your funeral. Note: Even if you choose to keep this so private that no one ever reads it, write it. Write it as a reminder to yourself of your spiritual goals, which you will re-read and revise every year on your birthday. Afterward, describe in the e-class the value of writing a testament in this fashion. (Do not post your actual testament online.)

What did you find most challenging? Why?
Recall a time when you followed Christ into suffering. How do you know it was Christ you followed? Was the experience salvific for anyone?
