Description: Romans 8:28-30 reminds us that all things work together for the good of those who love God. Is God imaginative enough to do what seems impossible? Of course yes! Even the bad things that happen to us will get put to good use if we trust the creativity of God. The recitation of Jesus’ genealogy in Matthew 1:1-16,18-23 illustrates this. This handout is a reflection on the readings for Catholic Mass from the feast day celebrating the birth of the Blessed Virgin Mary.
